What are the access hours?
Main list of things on the renting page but basically station, storage, wifi, music, break room, bathroom, laundry room access. Rent is monthly by check, cash, venmo or zelle

Each renter gets their own key to the building. Any day of the week is open to the renters. How often you can come and go as you please varies if you're part time or full time.

You can run your rental chair how you please. Sole propretoir, LLC, run your business as yourself. Whatever works for you. I just suggest your own insurance to cover anything service wise with guests or damages.
